This explains what we collect when you use Gen-K Shop, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate.
Last updated: 18 August 2026The short version. We collect what we need to answer your enquiry and send you your order — your name, contact details, and where to ship. We do not run any advertising trackers or analytics on this site. We never see your card number. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever. Email support@shopgenk.com and we will delete what we hold about you.
Gen-K Shop is operated by GEN-K Solutions and Services LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States. For anything to do with your personal information, contact us at support@shopgenk.com or +1 (302) 610-1489.
Your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message box. You choose what to put in that box, so please do not send us sensitive information you would not want stored.
Your name, email address, and shipping address, which reach us from Square after you pay, along with what you ordered and when. We never receive or store your card number, CVV, or bank details — those go directly to Square and stay with Square.
Your email address, so we can send your download links. Those links expire after 7 days.
Your star rating, your comment, and the contact details you submit with it. Reviews are held for moderation and are not published automatically.
Account sign-in is handled by Microsoft, not by us. We receive only your verified email address so we can show you your own orders and downloads. We never receive or store your password.
We only send marketing email if you have asked for it, and every such email has an unsubscribe option.
We use a small number of established service providers. They process your information on our instructions, for the purposes below and nothing else.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Email support@shopgenk.com and we will action it within 30 days. We will not charge you or treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live, your state may give you these rights formally — we extend them to every customer regardless.
The whole site is served over HTTPS. Our database is not reachable from the public internet. Admin access is protected by a secret access code, and account sign-in is handled by Microsoft with its own security and multi-factor options. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the number of places your information lives deliberately small.
We sell a smart watch designed for children, but the shop is intended for adults making the purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email support@shopgenk.com and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so clearly rather than quietly editing the text.
